Registration
Families may register their children for Hive Time online. When registering, choose from one to five days of care per week. Due to staff/child ratio requirements, we are unable to accommodate any variable schedules, drop ins or late schedule requests.
Registration Window/Deadlines
- School Year: Mid March (flexes annually to match Little Learners registration)- August 1
- Summer: February 1-May 1
Late fees apply to registrations made after the deadline.
Little Learners Preschool Non-School Days
Hive Time offers all-day care (6 a. m-6 p.m.) on days when preschool is closed for breaks, conferences, etc. Registration is separate from your original contracted days and your child must be signed up by the 20th of the month prior. You must have a current contract to register for these days.

- $35 per child
- $15 for each additional child in a family
- $25 late fee for registrations received after the deadline
- $40 one-time summer activity fee/child

School Day
- Early/late hours: $8/day
- 6-8:15 a.m. OR
- 3:15-6 p.m
- Half school day: $13/day (includes lunch)
- 8:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. OR
- 11:15 a.m. - 3: 15 p.m.
- Full school day: $22 (includes lunch)
