Registration
Families may register their children for Kids Club online. When registering, choose from a Consistent Contract, Pick Your Day Contract, or Drop-In Contract.
- Consistent Contract: One to five days, schedule repeats consistently every week all school year. Monthly invoicing, payments due the 1st of each month.
- Pick Your Day Contract: This option is for families who have a variable schedule throughout the school year. You will be required to enter your schedule by the 20th of the month prior (August 20...September calendars are due). Monthly invoices sent on 25th and payments due the 1st of each month. (Only contract type available in summer.)
- Drop-In Contract: This option is for families who need a casual day here and there, or only need care on non-school days. Note: A credit card must be on file to use any form of drop-in care.

Registration Deadlines
- School Year Registration Window: May 1- August 1
- Summer Window: February 1-May 1
Late fees apply to registrations made after the deadline.
Non-School Days
All grades (K-5) are at the Liberty location for non-school days.
Kids Club offers all-day care (6 a. m-6 p.m.) on days when school is closed for breaks, conferences, etc. Registration is separate from your original contracted days and your child must be signed up by the 20th of the month prior. You must have a current contract to register for these days.
