Big Lake Early Childhood supports the whole family by recognizing families provide the child's first and most important learning environments. We are not a one-size fits all program. We meet our families where they are at through daytime and evening classes, and also by offering home visits, daycare visits and even nature-based classes.
Our program encourages learning and growth through play and discovery. We believe that children grow at their own pace, and we support their development in ways that help them become confident in themselves as lifelong learners. We invite your family to come and join ours!

ECFE
Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes offer fun, educational opportunities that children and caregivers can attend together.
Little Learners Preschool
Little Learners is a program for children ages 3-5. Teachers use research-based strategies that support students' individual needs.
Screening
If your child is three, it's time to screen! Early Childhood Screening is a state-required check of how your child is growing and developing.

Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council supports our youngest learners through family-friendly events, educational and classroom scholarships, community outreach, fundraisers, sponsoring field trips, and supporting teachers. This group meets monthly during the school year and free childcare is provided.
